Hi, I’m Karina

I'm a creative thinker, connector and guide who loves bringing people, ideas and possibilities together.

My journey has moved through events, sport, community, wellbeing, travel, nature, creativity and plenty of unexpected turns along the way. Each has shaped how I see people, experiences and the world around me.

That is why I love creative ways that help us feel a little more connected, calmer, confident, capable, grounded, inspired and more like ourselves.

Through my work, I bring perspective, creativity and practical experience together to help people and organisations see what's possible and create something meaningful from there.
